Jak przygotować idealną matchę od Barbary?
1. Przygotuj składniki i narzędzia: 2 łyżeczki (ok. 2,5 g) matchy od Barbary, 50–70 ml gorącej wody (70–80°C), miseczkę i chasen – bambusową miotełkę.
2. Przesiej matchę (opcjonalnie): Przesianie proszku przez sitko usuwa grudki i sprawia, że napój będzie aksamitnie gładki.
3. Zanurz chasen: Przed ubijaniem zanurz miotełkę w ciepłej wodzie na ok. 10 sekund, aby zmiękczyć bambus i chronić ją przed uszkodzeniem.
4. Zalej wodą: Dodaj 50–70 ml gorącej wody o temperaturze 70–80°C. Nie używaj wrzątku, bo napój stanie się gorzki oraz straci część swoich właściwości.
5. Ubicie matchy: Ubijać energicznymi ruchami nadgarstka w kształcie litery „M” lub „W” przez 20–30 sekund, aż pojawi się delikatna pianka. Napój powinien być gładki i kremowy.

Matcha ceremonialna: Przygotowując matchę tylko z wodą, możesz dopasować ilość wody do smaku: więcej wody = łagodniejszy napój, mniej wody = mocniejszy smak.
Przechowywanie: Matchę trzymaj w szczelnie zamkniętym opakowaniu, w suchym i chłodnym miejscu, z dala od światła i wilgoci. Po otwarciu najlepiej spożyć ją w ciągu kilku tygodni, aby zachować świeżość, aromat i piękny zielony kolor.
