Hand-carved chasen made from rare, dark bamboo is distinguished by its solidity, subtle structure and natural aesthetic. Thanks to its 100 slender teeth, it allows you to obtain both a light, silky foam and a deep, concentrated matcha consistency. The solid yet flexible construction ensures full control and a perfect result in the cup.
How to care for a chasen
Before use, soak the chasen in warm water to soften the cloves.
After use, rinse it only with clean water without detergents.
Gently shake off excess water and leave to dry in a well-ventilated place.
It is best to dry it on a rack (kusenaoshi) to keep its shape.
Do not put in the dishwasher or store wet.
